You will oversee customer service for OEM and OES clients, ensuring efficient aftersales operations and continuous improvement of service processes to drive satisfaction and growth.
Based at Marelli’s Corbetta office, you will bridge customers and internal logistics, manage OES logistics, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to align offerings
