You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. **A Day in the Life **:Medtronic is hiring a Technical Consultant for an open position within the CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) line of business, with responsibility for the entire Lombardy territory. In this role, you will play a critical part in improving patient outcomes by providing key technical expertise to cardiologists, sales representatives, and other functions, primarily supporting implant and follow-up procedures. You will also be involved in presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions on how to implant, use, and follow up on products such as pacemakers and implantable defibrillators. As a liaison between sales personnel and customers, you will be responsible for managing customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations, both on-site and at client locations throughout Lombardy. You will be part of a team, in a home-based role, under a permanent contract. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**: - Providing implant and follow-up support to sales staff and customer personnel, such as cardiologists and nurses, with technical information on specific devices.
- Offering technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions, and customers.
- Leading technical presentations, product demonstrations, trainings, and educational sessions on products like pacemakers and implantable defibrillators.
- Supplying sales personnel with technical data required for product demonstrations.
- Delivering technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations, while managing and maintaining devices at customer sites in support of sales teams.
- Conducting on-site educational and consulting meetings,
and supporting customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Managing consignment products and devices.
- Serving as a liaison between sales teams and customers. **Required Knowledge and Experience**: - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in bioengineering.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, customers, and patients.
- Willingness to travel within the Lombardy territory and as needed across Italy.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (at least level B2).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to support physicians in addressing technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills with healthcare professionals.
- Team-oriented, resilient, and adaptable.
- Residence within the Lombardy territory.
