About the Role:

Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you will support the daily operations of Terrazza Restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading, coaching, and motivating the restaurant team while overseeing service execution, guest satisfaction, and team performance. You will act as an ambassador of Four Seasons’ culture of genuine heart, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality and personalized service.
