Customer Representative Agent

In this role, you drive bilingual language travel growth by building a trusted network of teachers and school staff across Italy. You will convert educators’ referrals into EF program participants aged 7–17, while representing the EF brand at events and in local partnerships. You manage a local territory, run marketing activities, and deliver high-quality after-sales support to families. This position offers commission-based earnings and entrepreneurial autonomy within a global education leader.

- Build and grow a school network by establishing trust with teachers and coordinators
- Drive B2B2C sales by guiding families through enrollment
- Represent EF at school events, fairs,
and info sessions to generate leads
- Implement local marketing activities within the territory
- Manage an organized CRM with leads and opportunities
- Provide outstanding after-sales service to enrolled students and families
- Hit sales targets with proactive, results-driven execution
- 1–3 years of sales experience with active Partita IVA
- B2B2C or channel sales experience is a strong advantage
- Resilient and persistent with objection handling
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with independent time/territory management
- Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
- Fully fluent in Italian;
English working knowledge is a plus
