Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Global Customer Experience & Insights Intern to join KIKO MILANO's Global Customer Experience & Insights Team, reporting to the Global Customer Experience & Insights Coordinator.
Such talent will support the implementation and activation of KIKO MILANO's Global Voice of Customer and Customer Satisfaction Program, contributing to the collection, analysis and transformation of customer feedback into actionable insights and continuous improvement initiatives across markets and customer touchpoints.

In particular, you will:




Support the implementation and rollout of the Voice of Customer and Customer Satisfaction Program across markets and customer touchpoints.
Support platform setup, testing activities, user acceptance testing and data quality checks, contributing to integration activities where required.
Contribute to pilot initiatives and Proof of Concept activities through setup, monitoring, analysis and reporting.
Maintain project documentation, monitor timelines and support follow-up activities with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Support the development and activation of Close the Loop processes, workflows, guidelines and training materials across relevant customer journeys.
Contribute to monitoring program adoption, effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
Support day-to-day Trustpilot activities, including review monitoring, reporting and coordination with teams responsible for customer responses.
