**Project Management**: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- **Global Project Coordination**: Coordinate with diverse teams across multiple geographical locations to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, business owners, and technical teams.
- **Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impact.
- **Change Management**: Effectively manage change within the organization, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
- **Financial Management**: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- **Resource Management**: Allocate and manage project resources (human, financial, and technical) to optimize performance.
- **Quality Assurance**:



Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards. **What you'll need**
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on global projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects within multinational organizations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
