We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the Croatian and Slovenian ( Bilingual ) Speaking Customer Service Agent – Work Remote In Bulgaria position in Bulgaria, representing an outstanding opportunity within the fast-growing BPO and outsourcing industry. In this fully remote role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Croatian and Slovenian-speaking customers, delivering exceptional service and support on behalf of a prestigious international client.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, professional customer support to Croatian and Slovenian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels in a BPO environment.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-focused approach in line with outsourcing industry standards.
Accurately log all customer interactions and case details into the relevant CRM and ticketing systems, ensuring full compliance with data management protocols.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors, following established BPO escalation proc
