- Open minded

- Procedures oriented What about the job In your role you will: - Be the line Manager for all the workshop Engineers
- Align the external suppliers’ schedules with the internal schedules in order to guarantee the on-time delivery
- Define and implement the lean continuous process improvement (the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be greatly valued)
- Oversee the preparation and updating of the Service Center procedures
- Optimize the production costs
- Visit our customers if needed
- Oversee people safety as foreseen by the applicable laws
- Get in touch with the other Service Centers, Sales Divisions and the Alfa Laval Headquarter
- Define the short and long term of incoming jobs What you know You have: - A Degree
- A good command of written and spoken English
- Previous work experience in Manufacturing area or workshop
