In one of our consumer service role, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. **To succeed in this role, you will need the following**qualifications**: - Fluent in English, Italian and 1 extra language (either French, Arabic or Spanish) / written and spoken.
- Have a stable, private, and secure internet connection for work at a quiet home set-up.
- Ability to work and to stay calm under varying degrees of pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written skills, and telephone manner.
