**Position Overview** **Key Responsibilities**
- **Marketing Strategy & Execution**: - Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Ensure seamless integration of social media plans with broader marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing feedback for continuous optimization.
- **Communication**: - Create compelling and consistent content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials, in both Italian and English.
- Ensure that alignment of messaging across all social media platforms is maintained.
- Ensure all communications align with the company’s voice and values.
- **Partnerships**: - Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships to drive growth and innovation.
- Proactively leverage connections to develop creative, win-win opportunities for the company.
- Collaborate with partners on joint campaigns, events, and other initiatives to amplify impact.
- **Creativity and Opportunity-Seeking**: - Continuously seek out trends and insights to inform marketing and communication strategies.

- Take a proactive approach to solving challenges and identifying new avenues for growth. **Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience in marketing, communications or a related role.
- Fluency in both Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- A highly organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated creativity and a solution-driven mindset.
