- Preferably >5 years of sales experience and >2 years in team management
- Strong results orientation
- Data driven approach, familiarity with collecting, organizing and interpreting data (performance, KPIs)
- Empathetic and positive communicator
- Team management with motivational and empowerment perspective
- Knowledge of the English language (B2 at least)
