HR & Shared Costs Controller

**Position**:
As part of the Finance team within the Business Partner Community (BPC), the _HR & Shared Costs Controller _will be the key driver in managing labor expenses, implementing cost-saving strategies, and fostering collaboration between departments to achieve optimal results. **Job responsibilities**:
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Prepare budgets, forecasts concerning labor cost of different Maisons and shared structure costs (G&A;, building costs, logistic and others) and review them in collaboration with Finance, HR, and the local Maisons team;
- Analyze and prepare monthly and annual reports on cost/HC (direct employees and external ones) for each maison;
- Monitor forecasts versus actual results and analyze variances;
- Ensure the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual closures;
- Develop and update HR and BPC KPIs (e.g., absenteeism, overtime, turnover) presenting insights to support strategic decision-making;
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting activities to Paris Headquarters and ad hoc analysis;
- Review and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to optimize labor expenses; **Profile**:
**PROFILE**: - Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions;
- Autonomy, attention to detail,
speed of execution, efficiency, and time management;
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data and insights to stakeholders;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic work environment;
- Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to workforce compensation and benefits;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (advanced Excel), good knowledge of SAP;
