About the Job
Join Allianz Technology S.p.A. as a Production Management Expert, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Production Manager to ensure effective service delivery to our business partners and manage the customer interface, striving for high customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on managing operations, supporting the incidents resolution and providing valuable feedback to enhance the quality of services offered.
With your comprehensive knowledge of the clients' IT landscape and organization, along with a solid understanding of projects, products, and services, you will be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence. As part of a truly global team, you will collaborate with various Allianz teams, leveraging best practices and your expertise to support and strengthen our service delivery.

What you do
Monitor together with the teams on a daily basis all applications and infrastructure of a region.
Work with multiple global and local teams to resolve incidents, improve operations and provide feedback and suggestions to application architects for the continuous improvement of applications availability, resiliency and performance.
In charge of the performance of the applications, works together with the customers on improvement plans.
