Alpitronic Srl in Bolzano is seeking an administrative/procurement support professional to assist tender processes, supplier communications, and documentation management. You will define digital folder structures per 5S principles and coordinate business card orders with Marketing and suppliers.

The role also includes drafting supplier communications, supporting Directors with calendar and confidential tasks, and preparing meeting agendas and materials for decision-making.
