Business Unit Overview:

* The Acquisition Capabilities Team sits within the broader Card Acquisition
organization and is responsible for enabling and optimizing American Express’
digital banking card acquisition strategies.
* The team manages and enhances digital banking card acquisition platforms,




including a Business Intelligence platform that supports the organization by
ensuring data quality, robust data controls, and secure information flows
across teams.
* Working closely with Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and external partners,
the team plays a critical role in driving sustainable growth through
data-driven and innovative digital solutions.

About Role:

* Be exposed to testing activities and release processes, supporting system
changes for the Digital Banking Acquisition channel
* Gain hands-on experience in Business Intelligence platforms and data
governance processes within a global financial services company
* Develop practical skills in data analysis using Excel, working with real
acquisition and platform data
* Build a strong understanding of how digital acquisition channels are managed
and governed
* Contribute to structured and meaningful projects in a high-growth,
international and collaborative environment
