The XAFS beamline at Elettra, dedicated to X-ray absorption spectroscopy in the hard X-ray range, seeks a highly qualified postdoc to join the beamline staff for commissioning and operation. The successful candidate will contribute to upgrade programs for XAFS and XAS-mW beamlines and develop an independent research program.

The position requires a PhD in Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science, experience in X-ray absorption spectroscopy, and knowledge of Python.
