Where applicable, the range is further aligned with the provisions and classification structures of the relevant collective bargaining agreement (CBA).This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to the fixed base salary. The variable compensation component will be determined in accordance with the Company's internal compensation policies and will be reviewed annually based on the achievement of specific individual and/or business performance objectives
