The Lloyd Morgan China client seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to own all people-related activities at the Italian plant, leading recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations for blue- and white-collar staff.You will ensure CCNL compliance, manage unions, wage structures, and workforce planning, and coach managers in a fast-paced industrial setting, embedding a culture of safety, fairness and continuous improvement.
