**Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced General Ledger (GL) Accountant to join our team in Italy (Cinisello). This position involves handling complex financial activities and supporting internal audits and compliance procedures, including those for SOX purposes. The role requires a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in GL accounting to effectively navigate the complexities of our business environment. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage and enter financial data and transactions into the general ledger with accuracy.
- Reconcile accounts and provide necessary details for statutory financial and tax reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate financial records and deliver accounting support as required.
- Assist auditors, supervisors, and other financial professionals in their duties.




- Develop and document procedures to enhance compliance with financial regulations and best practices. **Requirements**:

- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office SOX knowledge will be considered an asset **Behavioural Skills**
