As an **Area Sales Manager Toscana**, you are passionate about creating and executing the sales strategy by developing successful long-term relationships with clients mainly based in the marvellous area of Tuscany, Umbria and Marche. Your responsibilities include: - Managing and developing the hotels customers’ portfolio.
- Exhibiting your impeccable knowledge of the local area (Tuscany, Umbria and Marche) by proactively identifying, handling and developing local sales relationships.
- Assisting the business in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships to meet the set expectations.
- Supporting the Event Departments by identifying and securing possible sales opportunities.
- Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
- Supporting our properties in all sales activities and projects.




- Coordinating with the Head Office sales team and with the other hotels’ sales teams. Exceed expectations revealing: - A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
- An exceptional ability to inspire people with our concept.
- Proven work experience in the role (at least 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of the assigned area.
- Proactive mind-set and positive thinking.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
