FAO is seeking an experienced HR consultant/PSA to support Talent Management initiatives in Rome. The role focuses on performance management, learning and development, and workforce capability within FAO’s OneHR framework.
You will collaborate with global HR teams to refine processes, prepare training materials, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and familiarity with HRIS are essential.
