Pilot-Scale BSFL Wastewater Treatment & Resource Recovery

The Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research is seeking researchers for a project on treating high-organic-content (HOC) wastewaters from food-processing industries using Black Soldier Fly larvae (BSFL) to produce protein, lipids and chitin within a Circular Economy framework. This work builds on the LarWaR system demonstrated by the University of Padova.
