Its consultants — specialist engineers hired on permanent contracts — work directly at client sites to support project development, typically for assignments lasting around one year.

Business Development
Build and develop your own client portfolio in the Industry sector Conduct phone prospecting and in-person client meetings Understand client challenges and propose tailored consulting solutions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Promote Abylsen's three engagement models (technical assistance, service center, work package) Recruitment & Team Management Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top consulting engineers Conduct interviews and select high-potential consultants Manage, support, and retain your team through active career follow-up Contribute to team engagement and performance Profit Center Management & Coaching Manage and optimize the profitability of your business unit Monitor performance indicators and drive sustainable growth Compensation We offer an attractive compensation package including fixed salary, performance bonuses, and benefits.
Profile Required Qualifications
Master's degree (Engineering or Business School) Fluent Italian and English (mandatory) Strong track record in business development and client acquisition Personal Skills Strong sales mindset and hunter mentality Excellent communication and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial spirit and results orientation Leadership and team-management capabilities Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, international environment
