You'll work one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing the kind of focused, skilled care that's nearly impossible to deliver in a facility setting.

The Details ~1:1 patient ratio — one nurse, one patient, every shift ~ Multiple pediatric cases currently open in the area, so we can often match you to a schedule that fits your life — days, nights, or weekends ~ Cases vary in acuity; many involve trach, ventilator, or G-tube care, so experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus ~ Pay discussed at interview and based on experience Perfect for You If You're… A hospital nurse craving meaningful, one-on-one care instead of a six-patient assignment A student nurse looking for flexible, hands-on experience Semi-retired and wanting rewarding,

Weekday Overnights: +$2/hour Weekend Days: +$3/hour Weekend Overnights: +$4/hour PTO Medical, Dental & Vision Paid Training and clinical support What You Bring Active RN or LPN license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Authorization to work in the United States Pediatric experience is a plus (training provided!) Experience with trach care, vent care, G-tube care, seizure care, and medication administration is a plus.
