Are you a recent Engineering graduate passionate about automation and innovation?
As an Industrial Engineer, you will contribute to projects that transform manufacturing processes through automation,

digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working alongside experienced professionals and cross-functional teams, you will gain hands-on experience while building a strong foundation for a rewarding engineering career.
Successful candidates are strong communicators, enjoy problem‑solving, and work effectively in cross‑functional teams while demonstrating organizational skills.
The role reports to the Industrial Engineer Supervisor and is based in Colico, (Italy).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Technical and operational support to Manufacturing Manager and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing teams.
- Manage the budget for capital investments and tooling.
- Industrial project coordination, including installation, commissioning, and start-up of new machinery equipment and production systems.
