Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a Paralegal/Secretarial Assistant to be placed at the Milan office.

Role and activities

- File management and document updating

- Administrative assistance to the team's lawyers

- Management of IT tools (Salesforce and mandate management, etc.)

- Assistance in the organization and preparation of meeting rooms

- Support for the organization of trips, transfers and related expense reports

- General secretarial activities in support of the Partner and the working group.

What we offer

- The gross annual salary (RAL) for this role is between € 24,000 and € 29,000

- The pay grade will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Professional Firms
- The specific remuneration package, including any variable components,



will depend on an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role’s requirements
- The role offers additional benefits such as meal vouchers, a welfare programme and a wellbeing plan.

What we look for

- At least 1-2 years' experience in the role, preferably in structured contexts

- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Excellent command of the English language

- Excellent knowledge of the Office package and IT tools.
