Unobravo is seeking a mid-level Operations/Program Manager to own the acquisition and onboarding of therapists. You will implement AI automation, build dashboards, and streamline workflows while maintaining high-quality, compliant experiences across the end-to-end process.

You'll collaborate across teams to scale our therapy network, optimize offboarding, and support growth with structured processes and metrics. English fluency is required, and Milan offers a flexible work setup.
