About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager based in Milan to support project-based collaboration with international luxury, fashion, and accessories brands.
The role is suited to professionals who understand product development, cross-functional coordination, supplier collaboration, and how complex projects move from concept to production.

Responsibilities

Coordinate communication between international clients and internal teams.
Support product-development projects from initial concept through production.
Track project timelines,

requirements, and key milestones.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams.
Identify opportunities to improve project execution and customer experience.
Provide insights from the European luxury and accessories market.

Qualifications

Experience in project management, product development, operations, or manufacturing.
Experience with luxury goods, fashion, accessories, or consumer products is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate across international teams.
