Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve cloud incidents, service requests, and operational changes according to established SLAs.
- Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, reliability, and security.
- Develop automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to reduce manual effort.

- Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Support continuous service improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and platform capabilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or cloud platform administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud operations.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of networking, identity management, monitoring, and cloud security.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
