What you’ll do:
- You will join the team of People and in particular in the business / management organisational design reporting directly to organisational design Director- You will lead the organizational design workstream for the establishment of organizations in France, Spain, and Portugal.- You will define the responsibilities and deliverables of the organisational functions and oversee organization architecture in HR Tools.- You will provide a structured framework for managing roles effectively and benchmark role structures to industry standards.- You will design and implement organizational structures for new legal entities ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategy and compliance.- You will design and review organizational structures, with focus on process performance improvement.- You will oversee the integration of new acquisitions into the current organizational structure,

by designing new roles, hierarchies, and responsibilities with clear task and relationship definitions.- You will maintain and update corporate organizational charts to map functions, roles, and leadership levels effectively.- You will support the development of new policies and procedures and maintain the current Policy Library. Who you are:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in an organizational function within a large company, operating in a multinational environment.- You have excellent knowledge of of Banding System, Organisational Analysis and Data Management.;- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;- You have interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities; What we offer you/you can expect from us:
