At Yokohama TWS, we are launching NextGen — our new Graduate Program designed to accelerate growth and develop the leaders of tomorrow.
What is NextGen at Yokohama TWS?
NextGen is different from traditional graduate programs. It is fully personalized around your talents and potential.
Over up to 36 months, you will complete up to three assignments lasting 12 to 18 months each, across different business functions and countries.

The journey starts and ends at our HQ in Tivoli, offering hands-on experience and close collaboration with international teams from day one.
Job Role & Purpose




The Logistics Specialist role is designed for young talents who aspire to build a strong career in Global Logistics and Supply Chain, combining advanced analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of logistics operations and business dynamics.
Reporting directly to the Global Logistics Commercial Director, the role supports strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics costs across a complex international network. Working closely with cross-functional and international teams, the Logistics Specialist will contribute to projects focused on transportation, warehousing, supplier performance, and continuous improvement.
Throughout the program, the Logistics Specialist will progressively develop the ability to independently analyze logistics data, identify operational inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions that support multi-million euro cost-saving initiatives, while building a solid foundation for long-term growth within the organization.
