JOB SUMMARY
At W Rome, we don't just serve food, we create unforgettable experiences. As a Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring exceptional quality, creativity, and consistency in every dish. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, you will support the day-to-day operations of the kitchen while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

You will lead by example, inspire and develop junior team members, and contribute to a dynamic culinary environment where innovation, teamwork, and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and oversee your assigned kitchen section during preparation and service.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to brand and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all menu offerings.
- Support daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth service execution.
- Monitor food preparation, storage, handling,



and hygiene procedures in compliance with HACCP regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team in developing seasonal menus, new dishes, and food concepts.
- Support inventory control, waste reduction initiatives, and cost-conscious kitchen practices.
- Train, coach, and support Commis Chefs, trainees, and new team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Contribute to delivering memorable dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in a similar culinary role within a hotel, restaurant, or lifestyle hospitality environment.
- Strong culinary skills and passion for food excellence.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
