Customer Service Representative

Hourly Rate: $10.50- $17.50 USD/hour

Tempo parziale Monthly Rate: $840-$1,400 (20 hours/week)
Full-Time Monthly Rate: $1,680- $2,800 (40 hours/week)

About the Role

Support U.S. businesses by managing customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, handling escalations, and delivering high-quality support across email, live chat, and phone.

What You’ll Do

Respond to customer and team inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and support customer retention
Update CRM records, client accounts, and account changes
Use AI tools to draft and personalize customer responses
Document interactions, identify recurring issues, and share feedback to improve service quality

What We’re Looking For

21+ years old




2+ years of phone-based customer service or customer support experience
English C1+ and fluent Spanish
Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and multitasking skills
Comfortable handling complaints and taking ownership of customer issues
Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems in a remote environment

Tools & Platforms

CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) • Slack • Microsoft Teams • AI (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) RingCentral • Google Workspace •VOIP system

Schedule

The work schedule will vary depending on the position and client. Most schedules align with U.S. and Canadian business hours.
