Overview FULL-TIME | 6 MONTHS | FROM SEPTEMBER: We are looking for a passionate and engaged E‑CRM & Customer Engagement Intern to join our E‑CRM & Customer Engagement Team in our Global HQ, in Milan. Your Impact Main Activities

- Support the definition and execution of the global contact strategy, contributing to customer engagement and conversion optimization initiatives;
- Support the end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns, coordinating with external agencies and internal stakeholders;
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reporting insights to identify improvement opportunities through a test-and-learn approach;
- Monitor the competitive landscape and digital marketing trends to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement;
- Support the development of customer engagement initiatives across digital channels, contributing to the optimization of the overall customer experience;

Qualifications REQUIREMENTS:

- Economics or Engineering Master degree or similar;
- A previous experience in the field will be considered a plus;
- Passionate about fashion and digital communication;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite,



including good knowledge in Microsoft Excel;
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn and self-organized;
- Strong analytical skills, with an eye for details;
- Fluent in English.
