LJB & Co in Milan is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial delivery of a flagship data centre project. You will lead valuations, variations, subcontractor accounts and cost reporting across the full project lifecycle.

The role requires strong MEP exposure, a background with main contractors, and a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. You will collaborate with design, planning and site teams to ensure cost certainty and contract compliance.
