- Identify opportunities to drive and maximise sales and profitability
- Able to thrive the business, develop and promote a loyal clientele through clienteling tools
- Mentor, Coach & Train team to achieve commercial targets and store objectives **REQUIREMENTS**: - 4+ years of Senior Sale Associate or Supervisor experience




- Possess extensive experience in driving footfall and achieving operational excellence
- Possess a wealth of experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality **OFFERING**: - Basic Salary up to €55K, according to experience
