What you'll be doing: Localising Global Campaigns for Italy
You'll play a key role in ensuring TLC's global marketing strategy resonates with Italian audiences.
Working closely with our European marketing team and local commercial colleagues, you'll:
Localise global campaigns for the Italian market
Create culturally relevant marketing content and communications
Manage and grow TLC Italy's LinkedIn presence
Support lead generation and marketing-qualified lead follow-up
Maintain website content and campaign assets
Share local market insights that help improve campaign performance and effectiveness
Creating Outstanding Content You'll help tell the TLC story through compelling content that engages prospects, clients and partners.
This includes
Customer case studies and success stories
LinkedIn content and thought leadership
Blog articles and website copy
Press releases and PR content
Sales presentations and marketing collateral
Market research and trend analysis
You'll also work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather proof points, secure approvals and turn great work into powerful marketing stories.
Marketing and sales work hand in hand at TLC.
You'll help our commercial teams succeed by:
Creating sales enablement materials
Supporting lead generation activity
Sharing customer insights and success stories
Developing resources that help teams win new business and grow existing relationships
Events & Marketing Operations You'll support the coordination and delivery of:
Webinars
Industry events
Trade shows
Client roundtables
Marketing campaigns and launches
You'll also maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers and reporting to ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.

Successful localisation and execution of global campaigns
Strong collaboration between marketing and commercial teams
Well-organised events and marketing activations
Consistent lead generation support and sales enablement
Accurate campaign reporting and administration
Positive feedback from colleagues, clients and stakeholders
Who we're looking for: We're more interested in your potential, attitude and ability to learn than ticking every box.
You'll likely have: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Languages or a related discipline
Experience in a marketing, communications or digital marketing role
Exceptional writing and proofreading skills
Experience creating engaging content across multiple channels
Strong LinkedIn and social media content experience
Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar
Excellent organisational and project management skills The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Confidence working with colleagues and clients across different cultures and markets
Fluent English (C1 level or above), both written and spoken
Native or fluent Italian language skills
