We are looking for a **Innovation Project Manager Junior** with a passion for innovation and the entrepreneurial ecosystem to join us as in **Rome** with a flexible and hybrid working model. **What you'll do in a nutshell**
- Innovation strategy
- Innovation governance
- Venture building
- Innovation and intrapreneurship programs
- Business innovation
- Value proposition and business model design and validation
- Technology strategy
- Technology exploitation
- Market research and analysis
- Scouting of startups and emerging technologies Working alongside project leaders on the **design and delivery of innovation programs** (such as startup acceleration programs, venture building, intrapreneurship, business design, etc.). **Designing and conducting workshops** on innovation and entrepreneurship (Design Thinking, Pitching, Lean Startup, Agile, etc.). Developing proposals using appropriate **innovation methodologies** to facilitate their creation and growth (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Open Innovation).



Supporting mentors in **coaching startups and new projects** during acceleration programs and hackathons. Collecting and analyzing data (e.g., desk research, interviews, focus groups, surveys, shadowing, mystery shopping, analytics, etc.). Creating **project presentations and research reports**. Participating in **consulting projects and Innovation Advisory activities.** **What you'll bring** We are looking for a **Junior profile** with at least **2 years of experience** in innovation programs, startups, or digital transformation, who possesses: - A **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Management or related disciplines
- Fluency in** English**and** Italian**languages
- **Strong communication skills**: - Ability to **build and manage relationships**, including with high-profile clients
- Advanced knowledge of **PowerPoint, MS Office, and Microsoft Teams tools**: - **Attention to detail and precision**: - Passion and knowledge in areas such as **innovation, technology, startups, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability**: - **Flexibility** and ability to work in an **international, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment**: - Strong **problem-solving skills**, high **proactivity**,



and **autonomy**: - **Excellent teamwork skills**: - **Clear and effective communication**, with strong **public speaking abilities**: - Ability to **manage workshops and interactive sessions with clients** You will work in our **Innovation and Venture Building team**, collaborating with some of the most important companies, developing innovation programs in Italy and Europe. **Nice to Have**: - Knowledge of **programming languages**: - Experience in **consulting firms**: - Participation as a **speaker or organizer** of tech/innovation meetups or events
