**About this Position***:As a Media & Digital Expert, you will lead the development and execution of offline and online media strategies for assigned brands. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s digital presence across touchpoints, driving innovative campaigns, and ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies. Your analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and passion for digital trends will empower the organization to excel in the ever-evolving media landscape. **What you´ll do***: - Plan, manage and execute the overall direction for global digital touchpoints, social media activities across global markets
- Plan, manage and execute special digital platform projects across global markets for a focused / all product category
- Conduct analysis of own/competitor's digital activities across relevant digital touchpoints for fast learning sharing and eff-ve roll-outs
- Collect and analyze data from various departments and resources with regard to project KPIs for measurement and impact assessment
- Collaborate with global marketing team and creative agencies to organize effectively upgraded digital campaigns for launches/re-launches
- Translate the current communication strategy into a hollistic mobile first digital and touchpoint strategy
- Regularly connect and consult to SMU and markets, driving best in class digital execution; cross-fertilises knowledge accross brands and markets
- Enable and consult markets to use global digital strategy and touchpoint recommendations to upgrade their market digital activities **What makes you a good fit***: - At least 4 years in a similar role
