- Works with Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) basic processes and operations.
- Maintains item and inventory management records.
- Helps minimize bottlenecks and delays and the resulting impact on operating costs.
- Uses real-time inventory software, with guidance, to move supplies where needed, when needed.
- Assists in resolving issues related to physical space management. **Inventory Management - GCF**
- Performs the receiving, ticketing, checking in and distributing of inventory items for a specific location.
- Produces basic inventory management reports for senior staff to reconcile the inventory balances.
- Tracks inventory information for a specific product group or location.
- Works with basic tasks of inventory management for a specific location.
- Follows processes to take stock, release inventory or return into processing; resolves discrepancies. **Logistics Management - GCF**
- Uses tools, with guidance, to forecast delivery times, determine costs and assess performance. - Works with logistics in a domestic environment.
- Maintains records of all shipments and invoices using an established system.




- Assists in the development of process flows to track lead time by activity.
- Participates in integrating logistics processes and developing effective networks. **Supply Chain Management - GCF**
- Recognizes software systems or components used to manage supply chain.
- Participates in supply chain analysis and uses it to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
- Discusses considerations for integrating partner and supplier transactions.
- Summarizes supply chain considerations for different types of products **Requirements**: - NATO Secret security clearance
- Vocational training at a higher level, in a revelant discipline, leading to a professional qualification or equivalent combination of appropriate national qualifications and experience in Supply or Logistics Management, Warehousing, or Chain Management;
- Knowledge of NATO Logistics Regulations;
- Practical experience in the use of PC based NATO resource management tools;
- Knoweldge of the Italian Law in terms of ROS And Disposal of items.
- Usage fo Windows tools( excel, word, power,point)
- Usage of EBA and Cable solve tools.
