- You will assisting in drafting and reviewing different administrative declarations and contracts;
- You will review of commercial contracts, based on company's best standards, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, project milestones, internal policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
- You will take ownership of contract risk evaluation and preparation in compliance with the Italian Law (Codice degli Appalti).
- You will perform Privacy & Data Protection compliance activities. **Your expertise**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or in disciplines related to Public Administration.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in administrative offices.
- Understanding of the risks of the contract(s) and the potential legal and financial consequences associated therewith.
- Knowledge of Italian Commercial, Civil and Public Procurement Law.
- Excellent IT tools skills, including - without limitation - the tools of the Microsoft Office 365 package;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language. **Who we are**:
