* 8+ years of professional experience including: - 3+ years in the media landscape and developing media strategies, preferably the Amazon Ads suite
- 5+ years of large team management experience, preferably in a contractor management capacity
- Manage and coordinate a large team of Campaign Planner contractors, ensuring optimal resource allocation and workload distribution across EU5 locales
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, continuous development programs, retention, handover planning and transitions of contractors
- Establish and maintain performance metrics, quality standards, and operational excellence frameworks, providing regular feedback and coaching when required
- Resolve performance quality concerns, issues and complaints raised within the team when necessary
- Ensure compliance with contractual and administrative obligations of contractor agency policies
- Implement,



maintain and continuously improve standardised processes for campaign planning and execution
- Facilitate communication between team members and internal stakeholders across EU5, including reporting results/performance/improvement action plans to leadership
- Drive operational efficiency improvements and best practice dissemination within the team
- Proven track record in building, training and managing high-performing teams
- Experience in developing and implementing operational processes and standards
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
