Job Description: Mission:
Ensure the award of tenders, managing all the activities and resources in the different phases Activities: - Bid and Tender management - Preparation, management and delivery of offers - Evaluation of the opportunity to prepare the commercial offer (Bid / No Bid)_
- Perform analysis and verification activities to evaluate the opportunity to issue an offer
- Verify the opportunity consistency with the strategic objectives
- Obtain an assessment of the technical / industrial, economic-financial, legal/administrative feasibility of the risk assessment and of the probability of success
- Bid and Tender management - Preparation, management and delivery of offers - Preparation of the commercial Offer_
- Support to analyse and prepare the documentation related to all aspects of the offer, including project management, technical, manufacturing, finance, planning, contractual, suppliers, offset, and timescales
- Coordinate the Bid Team
- Bid and Tender management - Preparation,
management and delivery of offers - Approval and signing of the commercial Offer_
- Plan and make arrangements for the offers to be approved
- Endorse and sign the Offer in accordance with the legal authorisations
- Bid and Tender management - Contract Negotiation and Acceptance_
- Deliver the commercial offer to the Customer
- Manage any contractual changes
- Update the assessments / prepared plans including the updating of the risk analysis
- Review the offer conditions. Requirements: - Degree
- Ability to negotiate and reaching agreement.
- Proven ability with Microsoft Office (MS Project, MS Excel, MS Power-Point)
