What You Will Do Draft and negotiate complex cross-border commercial contracts, including Saa S, licensing, and technology agreements with vendors and customers worldwide. Support global product launches by managing legal terms, policies, and regulatory compliance while leveraging AI tools to scale your professional impact. Advise cross-functional teams on diverse legal matters including intellectual property, consumer protection, AI governance, and international labor regulations.

The ideal candidate Holds a law degree and has significant experience practicing at a top-tier law firm (such as Magic Circle) or as sophisticated in-house counsel. Possesses exceptional first-principles reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex disputes and coordinate with external legal advisors. Demonstrates intense drive and ambition, maintaining a high bar for quality while thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance company culture.
