**Euronet** seeks to employ an adaptable **Junior Operations Specialist** to support and oversee the operational activities of our ATM network throughout Italy. **_
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:_**
- Coordinate with third-party service providers (Security, Installation, Transportation, Cash in Transit, ATM maintenance, Telecommunications, etc.) to ensure smooth ATM operations.
- Monitor ATM performance, quickly addressing faults and acting as the main contact for on-site engineers and technicians.
- Support new ATM installations by assisting the sales team and communicating with clients when required.
- Maintain and manage ATM inventory, track site status, and analyze network performance, generating reports and KPIs for internal and client use.
- Assist in operational projects by coordinating with central functions (Operations, IT, Finance) and local suppliers. **Requirements**: - Technical diploma.
- 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Information Technology, or Technical Help Desk functions.




- Experience in technical rollouts is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, and good knowledge of relational databases and data analysis tools.
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Eligibility to work in the EU on a full-time and permanent basis without employer sponsorship. **_COMPETENCIES:_**
