BLACKSHAPE SPA in Grottaglie (Ta) is seeking a Lead Flight Test Engineer to drive the planning, execution and supervision of flight test campaigns for its light aircraft and aeronautical systems. You will coordinate with pilots, design teams and maintenance to ensure safe, on-time test activities.

The role requires a degree in aerospace or related field, proven flight test experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English.
