**Production Planner** **Ornago, ITA** Production Planner **Location**: Ornago, Monza and Brianza, Italy, 20876 **Company**: Chart Industries **_ Ensuring VRV Chart’s Success _**
- VRV, a Chart Industries group company, is a historic and important industrial entity present internationally in both the design and manufacture of pressure equipment for the Oil&Gas; sectors, and in the engineering and manufacture of isolation tanks for gas distribution and storage in the Cryogenic sector, as well as a company operating in the Automotive HLNG business._ **_ What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be _**
- Plan and monitor production activities, establishing production priorities based on business needs and customer requirements.- Manage production scheduling based on available resources (personnel, machinery, materials).- Collaborate with technical and engineering departments to ensure that all technical specifications and quality requirements are met.- Analyze and optimize workflows, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production process.- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials needed for production.- Constantly monitor and update production schedules,



taking into account any changes in lead times or business priorities.- Prepare reports and documentation related to production planning and progress for management and other departments.- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during production activities.- Support the team in managing production resources and preventive maintenance of equipment.**_Requirements & Qualifications _**
- Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or equivalent (or relevant prior experience).- At least 3 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in engineering or oil & gas.- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes, planning techniques and management tools (e.g., ERP, production management systems).- Good knowledge of major analysis and reporting tools (Excel, planning software).- Good knowledge of mechanical technical drawing and be able to use different types of design software.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.- Excellent problem solving skills and results orientation.- Knowledge of the English language (preferred).- Knowledge of occupational safety and quality regulations (ISO, etc.).**_Chart is an equal opportunity employer _**
