Pramac, part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a Junior HR Support.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior HR Support to join the Human Resources team at Pramac Group Headquarters. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, international company. As part of the HR team, you will play a key role in supporting various HR processes and initiatives.

Main accountabilities:

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Contribute to candidate assessment and selection processes, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
- Support the implementation of global HR projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience and responding to evolving organizational needs.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- English language knowledge at a proficiency level
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Workday system knowledge is a plus.
