Senior Training and Development Specialist EMEA and APACIn this role, you will design and deliver practical, field-based training solutions that translate clinical data into actionable sales and clinical conversations. You will create hands-on learning and simulations to strengthen product understanding and clinical credibility across Western Europe, EMEA, and APAC (excl. Japan & China). You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and external experts to align training with business needs, and drive adoption and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role that helps translate evidence into real-world customer value, shaping outcomes in GI and hepatopancreatic care.

- Design and develop field-based training programmes translating clinical data into sales and clinical conversations
- Create scenario-based learning, simulations, and tools to reinforce procedure and product understanding
- Deliver training regionally (virtual and in-person)

covering onboarding, capability development, and product launches
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Leadership, and HCPs to align training with business priorities
- Drive adoption and consistent field application through feedback, validation, and continuous improvement
- Own end-to-end programme management including logistics, digital content maintenance, certification tracking, and delivery accountability
- MedTech experience (Endoscopy / Gastroenterology strongly preferred)
- Experience in training, sales enablement, clinical support, or commercial roles
- Proven ability to build practical training or xbvzest learning solutions
- Strong commercial understanding of customer interactions and value-based selling
- Ability to translate complex clinical information into simple, actionable messaging
- Experience working across countries and cultures
- Fluency in English
