Elgin is seeking a Senior Manager/VP of M&A; to lead end-to-end Italian transactions within the Group Transactions framework. Based in Rome, you will originate, shape and execute opportunities in Italy, collaborating closely with the Italian team and the Head of Transactions in Dublin.

You will advise on market dynamics, present high‑quality analyses to the Investment Committee, and drive execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with fluency in Italian and English.
